Ilustr-hater!
So when it’s ever came to any graphic software I’ve always been self taught. Either through clicking around till something resembles vaguely what I wanted Or reading a few tutorials when I get so stuck that I want to throw my Mac out of 15 floor window, then smiling and wickedly waving as it falls.
Anyway, so since coming to Uni I’ve started on Illustrator, which, I admit when I first opened it, I sat terror-stricken and quickly hit Apple+Q repeatedly.
I’ve been told it’s easier to use than Photoshop, but when you leave your comfort zone of doing things the long-ass way. Illustrator is not the easier option. Yeah, so for illustrations it’s great, just as long as you know how to grasp anchor points and the pen tool. Don’t even get me started on ‘Live Paint’…
Basically, I HATE IT.
